Phase Shifters

Sage Labs offers a complete line of electromechanical Phase Shifter products ranging DC to 50GHz suitable for uses in commercial, military, and optical network applications. All of the standard products are available from stock kits providing short delivery lead time. Additionally, a considerable library of modified and custom designs exist with features such improved narrow band performance, improved torque ratio, mechanical limit control etc. All requests for custom products or engineered solutions will be thoroughly evaluated.

PRODUCT LINE OVERVIEW

The catalog product family features models covering DC-1, 2,4,8,18,26.5 and 50GHz. Most models are available with various connector orientations relative to the drive shaft (90 degrees, in-line same side and in-line opposite side).

The Type “N” coaxial trombone construction of the 66, 67 and 6802, 3 and 4 series units provide higher power handing capability in models covering DC to 8GHz. All other products are in SMA or 2.4mm style size construction. Each of these products can be up-screened to product level military specifications by Sage Labs or the customer.

The OPS002 DC to 50GHz model is a high end precision product designed specifically for Optical Communications applications. This unit has the adjustment resolution and frequency coverage suitable for re-aligning the data and clock rate in systems operating up to the OC768 standard.
